Victor J. Ippoliti is the principal attorney for Ippoliti Law Office, a certified civil mediator specializing in family law and criminal law litigation.

In 1975, Victor earned a Bachelor's of the Arts degree from Fordham University, Bronx, NY, before entering the Officer's Corps of the United States Air Force. In 1977, he earned Masters of Public Administration from City University of New York; Baruch College.  In 1981, Victor was stationed overseas at Aviano Air Base, Aviano, Italy, just a year after earning his third degree; Masters of Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California. Many acccomplishments and awards graced his Air Force career where he directed Information and Computer Services, Communications Architectures, Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Senior Liaison. His honorable career took him from California, to Italy, to Illinois, to Turkey, to Korea, and back to Scott AFB, Illinois where he concluded his Air Force Career in 1996 and worked as a Cyberlaw Research Assistant and Telecommunications Consultant for IHETS in 1997. He worked with Access Indiana through 1999 when he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, Indiana.  Before making his professional home in Ferdinand to serve southern Indiana, he worked with Bowers, Harrison, Kent & Miller Associates, LLP, Evansville, Indiana, Greenebaum, Doll & McDonald, PLLC, Louisville, Kentucky, and the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's Office, Evansville, Indiana.

Victor is a member of the National Lawyers' Association and NLA Science & Technology Panel, the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) and ISBA Utility Panel, Brooks Inns of Court - Evansville Chapter, Federal Communications Bar Association, Evansville Bar Association & EBA Technology Committee, Indianapolis Bar Association & IBA Technology Committee, and the American Bar Association & ABA Science & Technology Panel.  He is a writer for the Indiana Journal/Tri-State Journal: Technology & the Law, and has made presentations to the Evansville & Jasper Chapters of the International Management Accounting Association and the Evansville Chamber of Commerce on the "Legal Implications of E-Commerce"
